After his service in the Air Force as a decorated Gulf War veteran, Timothy Weidman was working as a bank teller when he responded to an internal job posting for someone to coordinate data connectivity and networking for then newly-emerging ATM technology. It was the beginning of a dream that would eventually culminate in his founding CSB Technology Partners.

As the President and CEO of CSB, Tim has more than 15 years in the IT industry and has worked in positions as diverse as Director of Securities for Online Trading for Nasdaq, Business Development Manager for Intellimark, and Senior Sales Engineer for NEC. For Tim, one of the most rewarding things about working at CSB is the ability to lead an organization at the forefront of ways to integrate advanced technologies into varied industries. And customer satisfaction is central to Tim’s vision for CSB. One of the things differentiating CSB from other IT companies, says Tim, is the ability of the CSB team to combine cutting-edge technology and expert engineering with a customized and accessible approach to each business they service and each project they undertake.

Tim is a proven problem-solver and bridge-builder, skills that likely grew from his childhood propensity for electronics kits and erector sets, and, as he says, “building anything that looked difficult.” Tim now uses these skills to the advantage of his team, his customers, and his community. A member of Rotary International and a dedicated supporter of breast cancer research, he also actively participates in fund-raising efforts for the fight against cancer and local community development activities. In his spare time, he is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys boating, fishing, and golfing.
