If you had asked Tim Maier, one of CSB’s founding partners, what he
wanted to be when he grew up, as a kid he would have told you he wanted
to be a Navy pilot. Unfortunately, we can’t all be race car drivers or fighter pilots.

After a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Millersville University, he discovered that his true calling was in network engineering. From help-desk agent to systems administrator to director of Information Technology Services, Tim has worked his way through multiple job positions and industry certifications. He is a Cisco Certified Design Professional, a Cisco Certified Wireless Design Specialist, a Cisco Wireless LAN Support Specialist, a Cisco Wireless LAN Design Specialist, a Cisco IP Communications Express Specialist, a Foundry Certified Network Engineer, and a Certified Wireless Network Administrator.

If asked, Tim would tell you that the best thing about working with CSB is the opportunity to work with many different people in many differenet organizations.

Despite his commitment to CSB and his technological expertise, Tim still has time for other things. He has been an avid fisherman for many years and would jump at the chance to catch a few at any time. He and his wife Teresa are the proud parents of two boys, Simon and Isaac, and have been members of Millersville Bible Church for the last ten years.
